Member administration
Member profiles
Each member, employee or company has their own private profile containing their contact information, picture, résumè, etc.
During the implementation phase the user profile is customized to your organizations requriements. Attributes can be made open or required depending on your wishes. It is possible for users to hide profile details from other users if they wish to do so. Which fields that can be hidden is decided by the customer.

Profile wall
Members can post messages on other members walls. Beside the post there will be shown a picture of poster and a link to his profile.
Wall posts can be deleted by the owner of the wall, the poster and the administrator.

Private and extended network
Each member can set up his/hers own personal network, either like a business network or a friends network. Users from your network can be exported as a vCARD to several different PIM applications like MS Outlook.
Members can easily send emails to one or several members in his/hers network. They can also send notifications if they have updated their profiles.
Several mechanisms prevent the network from beeing abused as mass mailing applications. Each member you want to add has to accept your invitation before beeing shown in the network list. Unwanted members can easily be removed from your network.
The extended network shows your friends friends, and even third degree user. Extended network is shown in a similar list as your private network, and allows for easy invitations from extended to private network. This way you can really see how far your network expands.

Spotlight
Members in the spotlight allow users to promote them selves on the main page with picture, a short text and a link to their profile. This text and picture is gathered from the members profile. This can be used for promoting yourself towards a company, or for a company to promote itself towards members.

Member tags
Each member can tag him/herself with words that describe his personality, interests, education, company or other info. These words are matched in searches and can help members find new connections and contacts.

Communication
Group email
Allow sending of basically unlimited amout of emails. Group email is mainly used for sending out newsletters to all users or predefined groups. The advanced search helps you select any kind of target group(s). The targeted sending of information to users help them beeing pointet to the information that is important for them, since they do not necessarily have to recive all information an administrator has available. As an example, instead of sending an invitation for a concert in London to all users, you can reduce the recipients down to the users living in and around London, and who have marked in their profile that they are interested in news regaring cultural events.
Group email lets you personalize communication by using any profile field as placeholder in the message. So instead of ”Dear member,…” you can say ”Dear Martin,…”. This increases acceptance on the recipient side and reduces the risk of the email to be caught by spam filters.

Group SMS
As group email, group SMS allows sending of basically unlimited amout of short messages to cell phones. Group SMS is mainly used for urgent and latest mailings. You could for instance send an last minute reminder of tomorrows workshop or explain that the concert the users is attending is posponed.
Like group email you can personalize communication by using profile fields as placeholders. Each user will then see the message as a personale one, instead of a standard ”Dear Sir/madam message.

Templates
Netenviron can design customized templates based on your wishes. Templates will bare your companies logo, style and help create a complete design for your solution. Templates can be created by administration users them selves and stored as global templates or private templates.

Reports
All communication is stored in reports. You can at any time view earlier sent emails/sms and see info on successrate. For instance,; you want to invite to a seminar, so you send email to a group of members. The report show that only 90%of the emails were successfully sent. You can then choose to send the remaining 10% a SMS to inform them about the seminar, and that they should update their email address.

Search
Simple search
On the main pages it is possible to search for members, articles and events in a free text field. Search results shows links to hits and let you add search result to tmpSelect or export the result to excel.

Advanced search
The advanced search is tightly connected to the member profilesetup. It allows administrator to basically search all available profile fields and combine those in searches as search critera. This makes the advanced search a powerful tool to identify any possible target group you can think of, no matter how small it is or how many search criteria you use.
Advanced search shows different sets of search criteria for administrators and normal users.
Administrator can choose to store searches if they want to repeat them at a later stage. All search results can be used to send out groupemails/SMS or be exported to excel.

tmpSelect
tmpSelect is a list that remember users temporarily. It is a must for combining advanced searches, and to send out group emails/SMS.
tmpSelect remembers the members you have stored there until you choose to remove them, or you log out. It is also possible to do exports of the users in tmpSelect to excel.

Export search results
All searches, simple or advanced, can be exported to an excel file. An export of members will contain all user profile information. It is also possible to export data from tmpSelect.

Job portal
Post jobads
Alumni Solutions can have a career portal implemented. Here the members or companies can add jobads in behalf of them selves.

Automatic email notice
Members can choose to receive en email when a new jobad is posted. This notice can be defined by members to only apply for jobs within certain branches or locations.
If requested by customer, emails won´t be sent out before ad is activated by an administrator.

Candidate search
Members can choose to mark them selves as interested in joboffers. They will then be shown in an search result open for all members.
This feature is ideal for members who are looking for a job, and for companies that are looking to hire.

Data export
Report generator
The report generator allows you to export the member data you need from profiles. Normal exports gives you all the info in one large file, but with the report generator you can choose which attributes that is collected and exported.
You can store create, store and delete filters as you please.

Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) is an XML-based standard for exchanging authentication and authorization data between security domains, that is, between an identity provider (a producer of assertions) and a service provider (a consumer of assertions). SAML is a product of the OASIS Security Services Technical Committee.

Publishing
Content management system (CMS)
Maintenance and publishing of latest news and information are handeled with the multi-client capable CMS. Countless features offer free editing of article layouts by placing images in many different ways, attaching files or links to other entries in the system. A feature-rich html editor supports the formatting of articles. No html knowledge is requreid. The integradet rights- and roles system allows a decentralized maintenance of content by assigning editors with permissions only for certain websites.
By setting permissions on websites it is possible tomaintain websites that are visable only to certain sub networks of users. For instance it is possible to provide a private website for board members for sharing protocols without having any other member beeing able to see. The abillity allows targeting content to specific user groups.

Forum
The discussion forum provides a moderated communication among members. Netenvirons rights- and roles system let you set up permissions on this forum. This allows certain forums to be visable only to a defined group of members.
The forum is ideal for blogging, discussing and getting member feedback.

Subalumni / Network groups
You can create as many network groups as you´d like. Traditionally network groups are devided into fields, geographics, studentorganizations, classes or interests. You decide the categories, and you can create the network groups in a flash.
These network groups can be delivered with a defined set of features and tools such as picture gallerys, walls, event calender, publishing and more. The integrated rights- and roles system allows the separation of network groups from each other in many ways.
Network groups can be open for all, demanding admin approvalor be hidden for other users.

Group wall
Each network group can be integrated with it´s own wall. Here the members of the network group can write and share thoughts and ideas. It is also a good way for the group editors to get feedback on their work.

Picture galleries
Members of a network group can upload a single or a set of images to the groups picture gallery. Browsing to the pictures is easy thanks to our state-of-the-art picture gallery setup with thumbnails.
All uploaded pictures are marked with time and date for upload, and the name of the uploader. Pictures can easily be moved or deleted by an administrator.

Seminars
Event management
The event management supports the multi-client capability for decentralized maintenance of all kinds of events. Group administrators of networks groups can for instance maintain their own events. Categorization of events help keeping good overview even over thousands of events, in the administration, but also on the member side when registering for events.
Received registrations are automatically added to a participant list which allows administrators to lookup or export participant lists and to use them immediately for group mailings e.g. for sending out event documentation.

Conferences
Add several seminars into one order with one payment through our conference-module. Users can choose to participate to all subseminars, or pick for them selves the one they wish to attend.
Conferences can be connected to an article and promoted through publishing in addition to the calender.

Creditcard payment
Our solution allows for the usage of creditcard payment for seminars and events. This can also be used in foundraising, webshop or other types of trade.

Log on all orders
All orders are stored and can be found at a later stage. You can change status on an order to ”accepted” or ”cancelled”. Users will have their own site with their former and upcoming orders.

Google Maps
Global Google Map
See the location of all you members in Google Maps. Memberswill be marked in a world map with a pin, zoom in on whereever you want, and see the members that live in that part of the world. Click on a pin, and you will see the members profile picture, contact information and a link to his/hers profile.

View your private network and extended network in a GoogleMap. Your contacts will be shown as pins in a world map, and you can zoom in on the area of your choise. If you click on a pin you will see the contacts profile picture, contact information and a link to his/hers profile.

Search result in Google Maps
Wondering where your search result lives? By viewing your search result in Google Maps you can easily get an overview of the location of your members. Web 2.0 tag cloud
The systemwide tagging provides users a powerful tool to classify any kind of content or objects found in the system. No matter if it's news, events, other users, articles, seminars or jobbads.
Users can add their personal tags to an object or search for certain tags. The search result is sorted by category and shows all available objects that have the same tag. Instead of always searching for often searched tags, one can setup a separate website (as a separate menu item) that lists the currently available objects belonging to the defined tag or topic. The created topic groups visualize the current classification of content and support an efficient knowledge management.

Customer relationship management (CRM)
The Netenviron CRM module also is multi-client capable. It provides administrators a history list per contact. An administrator can addentries manually, like notes of a phone call. But the CRM module also lists automatically added entries like event registrations,received group-mails, eShop purchases. The CRM module tracks all kinds of important actions of auser. This helps providing a good user support, but also highly valuable statistics on e.g. what user do or like the most.
